Sure, Britain gets the best armored tank in the game, and sure, Canada has tanks that can swim, but with the overall unit diversity of the USA, there's really no reason to play any other nation. If you're playing Blufor and you're not using USA, you're just putting yourself at a disadvantage. Overpowered Realistic and historically accurate ATGMs that target top armor, cancerous unique plane options that allow you to establish air dominance, while at the same time having better tanks than Redfor, and comparable infantry options. However, let's talk about some of the problems in that mod. But there was some know it all cunt who liked total d with a flamboyant Dutch accent. I didn't recognise anybody on this Discord except Rangerman. Also ATGM bias is BlueFor Heavy Kornet is much Slower than Javelins. Any Legacy units are basically so far below the power creep it's a joke. Hoesntly I don't have the attention span to sit on my arse for No-Time Limit Total Destruction while listening to a spastic talk about how the game seems balanced with his retrades unit composition. That said we quit because the only retards that want to play this mod are destruction players. Tank balance is a complete train wreck T-14 isn't God tier like it should be rather Rusia has to use Sprut Guns to be Effective. Anything that isn't a Smerch or ATACAMs is basically ineffective. It's complete cancer still because the developer doesn't have a clue about what game balance is. Me and Brownwood fucked about on the Mod yesterday. Myself included, there are dozens of people who would love nothing more than to bring more of you into what is essentially a new addition to the Wargame franchise. That said, becoming good at Wargame: Red Dragon with not make you better able to compete in Ash and Shadows due to the nature of its' complete rework of everything we've grown accustomed to. Be warned, most of the community, which numbers over 120 at this point, is made of veteran players. Installation is literally no more difficult than updating your Flash Player, and the Discord is very active with people constantly looking for new games. The optimal tactics are far greater in number and it will feel, once more, like you're completely lost. You'll have to memorize hundreds of entirely new units and learn brand new mechanics that simply didn't exist in Wargame. If you're like me and have sunk nearly or greater-than 1,000 hours into Wargame, but have lost your wish to play, this my be the thing. While bugs are always being worked out, it is never-the-less an amazing edition to Wargame. The total unit count has easily doubled, and unlike vanilla, most new units are not completely pointless. Most, if not all vanilla units have been replaced, or edited to be more in line with an alternate timeline and occurring between '15 and '16.
